A favorite of Rome's serious foodie population, offers more than 100 craft beers displayed on massive shelving behind the bar. But the food is the real draw, delicious snacks that make the perfect foil to a fine brew: burgers, home made fresh out of the oil potato chips. The star of the place is Matterino “Teo” Musso, who produces his own beer outside Torino.

This one specializes in a huge selection of pizzas including appetizer and dessert pizza with flowers, and strawberries. Walk around the horseshoe-shaped venue for good luck. Drinks and live dj 'till closing.

Finnegan's Irish Pub

Finnegan's touts itself as the only Irish-owned pub in Rome. It's also home of the only officially registered Celtic Supporters in Italy. With live music twice a month and live televised sports from football to rubgy and even American football, Finnegan's laid back atmosphere is great for unwinding after a long week... shoot some pool, drink a pint or two... Open weekdays 1 pm -!2:30 am; Saturday-Sunday, noon - 1 am.

Pub-owners Gino, Orazio, Mary and Richard opted to expand their ownership with Druid's Den. This pub also includes live international sports and news coverage, but also live Irish music every Monday evening.

Druid's Rock

A Celtic Rock Pub hosting live music every weekend, as well as satellite news and sports. Though nearby, Druid's Rock tends to have a rowdier crowd than its sister pubs, Fiddler's Elbow and Druid's Den. Open 5 pm-2 am

Old Marconi's

Another sister pub of Fiddler's Elbow, Old Marconi's caters to the German cliente, complete with full German breakfast.
A true gastropub it offers a full lunch and dinner menu. Open noon - 2 am.

Miscellanea Pub
Via della Paste, 11a (near the Pantheon)
This dim pub has been the haunt of both international and Italian students for more than 25 years, and the interiors haven't changed a bit. While you may not find Guinness here, you will find some ice cold, green beer, huge foot-long panini, salads, and antipasti.  Miscellanea prides itself on its very deep respect for students, and today, sons and daughters, brothers and sisters of past patrons continue to frequent this modest, but welcoming pub.

Roma Caput Mundi

If you're headed for Trastevere be sure to stop by Roma Caput Mundi for a selection of more than fifty cocktails, delicious homemade sangria, or their infamous one-liter brewskies. With foreign students and Romans alike in attendance, music blasting, and Guiness flowing, Roma Caput Mundi has been know to stay open as long as there's a party to be had. Open everyday from 7 til late.

Scholars Irish Lounge
This American-style pub is always filled with young people. It's 100% Irish owned, so you know you will be getting your fare share of Guiness, and Kilkenny. Their whisky selection is one of the best, with over 200 labels to choose from. Surprisingly, a lot of Italians frequent the place, so it’s not that Americanized. If you are missing out on the NFL, NBA or NCAA, they have a several large screens showing the various games. During all games, pitchers of beer are only €11 euro.
